Casualties and Injuries: Roof Collapses at Shopping Center in Peru

A roof has collapsed at a shopping center in Peru, as reported by Intercorp, the company managing the facility. At least 6 people have died and more than 80 have been injured as a result of the roof collapse at the shopping center located in Trujillo, in northwestern Peru.

The roof fell onto an area where a fast food outlet was situated. According to one theory, the collapse may have been caused by the accumulation of rainwater on the roof.
