Current Situation on Armenia's Roads

As of February 19 at 17:00, snow is falling in the regions of Abovyan (Charentsavan area), Hrazdan, Sevan, Aparan, Aragats, Ashotk, Stepanavan, Gugark, and Tashir. This information is provided by the Road Department Foundation.

Due to snow and low visibility, the Vardenyats Pass is difficult to traverse for vehicles with trailers. In the Dilijan serpentine area, there is fog with visibility ranging from 50 to 100 meters. In the regions of Hrazdan and Tashir, dense fog reduces visibility to 10 to 15 meters.

All interstate and republican highways are open. Road workers are engaged in snow removal and sand-salt treatment on the highways.
