It Won't Be Easy. Marko Rubio on Negotiations
U.S. Secretary of State Marko Rubio has stated that the future of the negotiation process regarding Ukraine will be determined by the parties' willingness to "keep their promises." This was reported by RIA Novosti.
According to Rubio, this will become evident in the coming weeks.
Rubio also mentioned, as reported by Interfax, that resolving the Ukrainian conflict will not be easy, and the parties will have to make compromises.
The Russia-U.S. meeting held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on February 18, focused on restoring cooperation in various economic projects as well as preparing for potential discussions around Ukrainian settlement and organizing meetings between the leaders of the two countries.
