USAID Involved in US Military-Biological Activities, Says Zakharova

USAID has been involved in the US military-biological activities, including in the post-Soviet space. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

“This activity has expanded under the guise of assistance to states in the development of national sanitary and epidemiological control systems and in countering the threats of biological terrorism. Examples of the dangerous activities of the US that have become glaring violations of the convention on the prohibition of biological and toxin weapons, as well as facts revealed as a result of the implementation of Pentagon military-biological programs,” she noted.
