Kyiv Already Has a Similar Program, Zelensky Says

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that U.S. President Donald Trump does not yet have an official plan for ending the Russo-Ukrainian war. “This (plan) is still not official. What is there in this or that publication... I am confident that this is not President Trump’s official plan,” the Ukrainian leader said during a press conference with Odile Renault-Basso, president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

According to Interfax-Ukraine, Zelensky indicated that Kyiv already has a “vision” for such a program, and that “specific matters” have been discussed with the U.S. even before Trump's inauguration. “We will still wait for our official negotiations and official results,” the Ukrainian president added.
