Tigran Avinyan's Mother Purchases Three-Story Villa Listed for Sale at $490,000

The family of Yerevan's Mayor Tigran Avinyan has acquired a new villa in Yerevan. It is located in the Norq-Marash administrative district. This information has been obtained from documents acquired from the Cadastre Committee.

According to official documents, the villa is registered in the name of Hasmik Khugharyan, who is Tigran Avinyan's mother. Factor.am has learned from the voter registry that both Avinyan and Khugharyan are registered at the same address on Agatangeghos Street.

The villa was purchased by the mayor’s family on November 19, 2024. On the same day, it was mortgaged at the «Byblos Bank Armenia» CJSC. The villa is three stories tall and enclosed within a fence. According to the documents, there is an auxiliary building and a land area associated with the villa. The land area is 740 square meters, while the villa itself covers 340 square meters.

The media outlet reports that the villa is listed for sale at $490,000.
