Significant Negativity is Forming Against Us in the Region: Prime Minister

The sustainability of the Republic of Armenia can be ensured when we create a situation in which we can live within our region and among our neighbors without external assistance, Prime Minister Pashinyan stated during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Washington.

This does not mean that we should and will not have various alliances with different geopolitical centers. We must perceive ourselves as a factor in solving our problems. Typically, when we face issues in the region, our reaction is to reach out here, reach out there.

Due to certain circumstances, significant negativity is forming against us in the region. It is crucial that we can manage this negativity; there are several ways to do this. We are doing the right thing when we try to manage that negativity in the most balanced ways, without giving in to emotions; otherwise, that negativity will manifest very quickly,” he noted.
