Current Situation on Armenia's Roads

The Rescue Service informs that there are closed roadways in the territory of Armenia.

The roads from the "Amberd" high mountainous meteorological station to Kʻari Lich and Amberd Fortress in the Aragatsotn Province are closed.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Situations Department of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
