The Structure Cannot Manufacture Devices: Head of the PVD

In post-revolutionary Armenia, the authority tasked with oversight functions granted to the Prime Minister cannot manufacture devices or create mechanisms. This was stated by Romanos Petrosyan, the head of the PVD.

“Such a thing cannot happen, I exclude it. I am responsible for my activities over the past three years. We have had hundreds of oversight objects, hundreds of criminal cases have been initiated, and several billion drams have been restored. There cannot be a single entity, whether physical or legal, that claims the PVD was not impartial here,” he stated.
