Pashinyan Reveals a Secret

“I want to reveal a secret to everyone: all world leaders, without exception, are nourished. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press conference while responding to a journalist's question about when he would 'come out of the kitchen,' noting that in the context of significant global reconfigurations, the leader of Armenia is 'cooking scrambled eggs in the kitchen.'

“This means, if we are in that perception, there was such an understanding in our school years that our particularly beloved teachers do not eat and do not perform some special operations characteristic of humanity. All leaders are nourished and even eat scrambled eggs, some even make them with their own hands. You can ask, 'What was the need to show this? That is a matter of choice and taste,'” Pashinyan stated.

The Prime Minister also mentioned that there have been times when he has not eaten bread for days or even weeks. “There have been times when I have not eaten bread for days; there have been instances when I did not eat bread for a week, quite specifically for a reason. For example, in November 2020, I went a week without consuming anything but water; in November 2021, I also had a similar situation in memory of our martyrs, where I did not consume anything but water for a week. I can even provide the dates: from November 1 to 8, 2021,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
