Washington Court Blocks One of Donald Trump's Orders

The Washington court has blocked a mandate from U.S. President Donald Trump that aimed to limit birthright citizenship. This was reported by The Seattle Times.

According to the executive order, a child would not have the right to acquire U.S. citizenship at birth if, for instance, the parents were legally present in the country at the time of the child's birth but only with temporary residence permits (tourist or work visas).
