Rubinyan Discusses Extradition of Two Individuals to Turkey

The existence of diplomatic relations or not has no bearing; Turkish citizens have been extradited to that country while adhering to all internal procedures. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, during a conversation with journalists, in response to a question about how Armenia extradited two Turks without having diplomatic relations with Turkey.

When asked about the identities of these Turks, he responded, "They were both individuals who were wanted, including through Interpol. They did not come to Armenia for a short time." More details can be found in the video.
