Mkrtychyan: They Say We Have Shrunk the Homeland, But We Haven't Fully Surrendered It

During today's session of the National Assembly, Anna Mkrtychyan, a member of the ‘I Have Honor’ faction, delivered a speech. Given that a map of Armenia was recently displayed on the wall of the parliamentary hall, she attached a map of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, marking the 7 regions, to the podium of the National Assembly.

Mkrtychyan presented a map highlighting Artsakh and the adjacent 7 regions in blue.

In response, Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan asked her, “Ms. Mkrtychyan, your political leader was president for 10 years; did he negotiate for 10 years to surrender the homeland?”
