Levon Kocharyan on Tensions Between Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan

Levon Kocharyan, a deputy from the 'Armenia' faction and son of Robert Kocharyan, has announced his readiness to meet with the relatives of the victims of March 1, 2008. He also commented on the 'March 1' case, in which charges have been brought against the second President of Armenia. 'I do not consider myself guilty, especially since the case itself is not about murders,' he stated.

Kocharyan mentioned that he was 23 years old during the events of March 1 and had not yet engaged in politics. He also addressed the debates on social networks with supporters of Serzh Sargsyan, asserting that these discussions are not orchestrated: 'We do not have parties, we do not have organizations, nor the circulars you like; simply, there are people who have great respect for my father, for our political team, and have their own views on other issues, but that does not mean that their views are ours.'

When asked whether there is tension between Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan, he responded negatively.
