Yerevan Fire Victim Recognized as Guinness Record Holder Lilith Hovsepyan

On January 6, at 06:20 AM, a report was received about a fire that broke out in one of the apartments of building number 90 on Araratyan Street in Yerevan. Later, it was revealed that two bodies were found on the second floor.

According to Armlur.am, the deceased were a mother and daughter. The mother was Anush Baghdasaryan, and the daughter was Lilith Hovsepyan, who was recognized for holding a Guinness World Record for playing seven drums simultaneously. She ran her own center, 'Lilith Hovsepyan Students', where she taught groups in drumming, duduk playing, clarinet, and saxophone.

Earlier, it had been reported that around 06:20 AM, the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received an alert about fire and smoke seen in building number 90 on Araratyan Street. Citizens attempted to fight the fire, and firefighting teams arrived to extinguish the flames. Following this, the firefighters discovered smoke-inhaled bodies near the stairs on the second floor, and later in the bedroom beside the bed. The deceased were identified as a mother and daughter.
