National Hero Tiran Khachatryan Arrested: Details

This morning, national hero Tiran Khachatryan was arrested. The information was provided to "Sputnik Armenia" by his lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan. It has been reported that the former first deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia has been charged in connection with certain episodes of the 44-day war. A motion for his detention has been submitted to the court.
