Fire in Lori Province

On January 4, at 13:42, the crisis management center of the Lori regional rescue department received a call reporting a fire in a building on Gortsaranayin Street in Vanadzor city. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Two firefighter-rescue teams from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.

The fire was contained at 14:01 and extinguished by 14:25. Approximately 90 square meters of the ceiling of the building (about 370 square meters) burned, along with around 70 square meters of wooden structural elements of the roof and household items.
