The U.S. Supports Armenia and Azerbaijan's Efforts, State Department

The United States is ready to work with Baku and Yerevan in any format preferred by the parties to reach an agreement. This was stated by the State Department in response to a query from the Armenian service of Voice of America.

"The U.S. government supports the efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan to achieve a stable and dignified peace agreement, which is of significant importance for a secure and prosperous South Caucasus. We are prepared to work with both sides in any format where both parties can agree on how to make progress," the response reads.
