Soon It Will Happen: Lukashenko

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated his belief that Europe will soon open up for cooperation with Minsk and Moscow. "I think sooner or later, and after the visit from the Emirates I am completely convinced that it will happen soon. Europe will open up for us. It will open in the sense that Europe cannot exist without Russia. Without us, it cannot exist," Lukashenko said during a meeting with Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.
