Musk Responds Sharply to Criticism Against Him

The American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk has responded sharply to a former European Commissioner and former French minister who criticized him for his remarks regarding the German government. The minister wrote on his page that Musk, a potential member of the future U.S. administration, has openly supported the right-wing party in Germany. He called it a "classic manifestation of external interference" and urged an end to double standards.

In response, Musk stated, "The only reason you don't speak Russian or German is because of U.S. 'foreign interference.'" He likely referred to the role Americans played in liberating France during World War II.

Musk also called for Chancellor Olaf Scholz to resign immediately following a terrorist attack in Magdeburg, where a vehicle had plunged into a crowd at a Christmas market.
