“Is This an Adequate Person or Just a Scoundrel?” Zelensky on Putin’s Proposal

A sane person wouldn’t say such things. This was stated by Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky while commenting on Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal for a "technological duel" made yesterday.

“Do you think this is an adequate person or just a scoundrel?” he said at a press conference in Brussels, responding to the words of the Supreme Commander of the Russian Federation.

The Russian president suggested that the West hold a "technological duel," selecting targets in Kyiv and concentrating all air defense forces there, after which Russia would strike the target with the "Oreshnik" missile.

“We are ready for such an experiment,” the Russian president said.
