"This is a very sensitive and pressing issue. It is not only acute for us, but even more so for Europe," emphasized the state leader.

According to Putin, to reduce the number of migrants in Russia, it is necessary to increase labor productivity.

"To decrease the number of labor migrants, it is necessary to raise labor productivity and to utilize technologies that do not require large amounts of unskilled labor," said Putin.
