Current Situation on Roads in Armenia Based on the Last Hour's Data

As of December 17, at 19:40, in the Artik region, from the Sevan peninsula to the beginning of the Dilijan tunnel, on the Alagyaz-Artik highway, in the area known as 'Zanger' in Sisian, and on the Vardenyats Pass, there is snowfall, with spots of black ice. There are also areas of black ice in the Tigranashen bends.

Drivers of vehicles with trailers are advised to use chains when traveling through the Vardenyats Pass.

All interstate and national significance roads are open. Road construction teams are conducting cleaning and treatment works with salt and sand on the roads.
