How Much Will the Exams for Obtaining Russian Citizenship Cost for Migrants?

The Prime Minister of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin, has signed a decree regarding the cost of exams for migrants across the territory of the Russian Federation. The document has been published on the official legal information internet portal.

According to the decision, the cost for taking the citizenship exam will be 2,950 rubles, while the fee for obtaining a temporary residence permit will be 5,900 rubles. The cost to get a work permit will be 3,800 rubles, and the exam for the right to temporary residence will also cost 5,900 rubles.

The exams include testing in the Russian language, as well as a block of questions on the fundamentals of Russian history and legislation.
