One of Hamas Leaders Eliminated in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have announced the assassination of a leader of Hamas's aerial forces in Gaza, who was one of the orchestrators of the airstrike that occurred in southern Israel on October 7, 2023. According to РИА Новости, this operation was a combined effort between the IDF and the General Security Service.

On December 3, 2024, Nidal al-Najjar, who was responsible for Hamas's air defense systems in Gaza and also held the position of Hamas's aerial forces commander, was eliminated. The army's press service reported that Najjar was among the planners of the airborne attack on Israel on October 7.
