Current Situation on Highways in Armenia

The Rescue Service reports that there is a closed roadway within the territory of Armenia.

The road from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Kʼari Lake is closed in the Aragatsotn region.

There is black ice in certain areas on the roads from the village of Aghvan to Tatev, in Lts'en village, and on highways in the Ashotsk region. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the crisis management center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
