Russian and Syrian Aircraft Intensively Bomb Syrian City: Reuters
Russian and Syrian aircraft have conducted intense bombing raids on the city of Idlib, controlled by terrorists, on the second day of strikes in northern Syria, aiming to push back militants who have infiltrated the city of Aleppo, according to Reuters citing Syrian military sources.
On Saturday, Russian and Syrian aircraft bombed other towns in Idlib province that have fallen completely under terrorist control, marking one of the boldest offensives during the war since the frontlines have largely been frozen since 2020, media outlets report.
On Sunday, the military announced that it had reclaimed several towns recently taken by Turkey-backed militants. It is noteworthy that armed groups have taken control of a significant portion of the city of Aleppo.
