Nazaryan: How Can They Discuss This Issue?

I have no intention of resigning my mandate, nor have I heard such discussions. This was stated by Gegham Nazaryan, an MP from the ‘Hayastan’ faction, in an interview with 24News, addressing the reports circulating in the media that there will be a discussion in the opposition faction regarding his resignation from parliamentary powers.

In response to the remark that the ‘Hayastan’ faction will be discussing this issue soon and that Aghvan Vardanian also confirmed this information, Nazaryan stated, “How can they discuss this issue?”

It should be noted that there has been considerable discussion on social networks and in the press about Gegham Nazaryan and Alen Simonian's joint photo taken during a business trip to Vietnam along with other members of the ruling Civil Contract party. There has long been dissatisfaction within the ‘Hayastan’ alliance, alleging that Nazaryan is actively cooperating with Civil Contract members, particularly with his fellow countryman and Nikol Pashinyan’s godfather Vahe Qalumyan. However, it seems that the issue has now been decided to be publicized.
