VIDEO: Situation on Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi

Law enforcement in Tbilisi's Rustaveli Avenue are preventing protester vehicles from passing through. Some participants of the demonstration are moving toward the parliament.

According to Georgian Russian-language Telegram channels, the main avenue of the capital is partially blocked.

It is worth mentioning that several protests are taking place in Tbilisi today, including a women's march featuring suitcases, a march by artists, as well as rallies by students and university teachers. The main protest is scheduled for 21:00, where demonstrators are expected to gather at the First Republic Square and head towards the parliament. Their demand is for new parliamentary elections.
