VIDEO: This is the Main Idea of the Academic City, Says Pashinyan

Today, the center of Yerevan is the focal point of all events in Armenia: economic, political, social, and legal. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, presenting the description of the educational cluster of the "Academic City" project.

"We have brought everything into the educational process; it is impossible to focus solely on the educational process. We want to create an educational 'room' for faculty and students where they can concentrate on their subject without being affected by economic, political, or social noise," he said.

Regarding the "Academic City" project, Nikol Pashinyan added: "We want to be sure that the education we offer is internationally competitive because when the number of our international students increases, it will be a signal for us that this education is interesting not only to us but also to others. This is the main idea of the Academic City."
