US President Joe Biden has brought dialogue with Russia to zero, indicating his political shortsightedness. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, as reported by TASS.

“Any confrontation does not rule out the possibility of dialogue. However, it was hard to imagine that they would bring the entire dialogue to zero. Political foresight is therefore in deficit in Washington,” the Kremlin representative said.
