Russian citizens are actively signing contracts with the Ministry of Defense, with hundreds of people doing so daily. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, in an interview with RIA Novosti. The information was reported by RBC.ru.

“There is no talk of mobilization. There is no need to discuss mobilization at this time,” he said.

A partial mobilization was declared in Russia on the morning of September 21, 2022. No order has been given regarding the completion of the partial mobilization.
