There Was No Urging, Only a Request: Pashinyan on Andreasyan's Resignation

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has clarified that there was no urging from him regarding the resignation of former Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Karen Andreasyan, but rather a request. According to him, there is a distinction between his 'urging' and 'request.'

He stated, 'Is there a political, moral, and legal opportunity to make such a request? I believe so,' while addressing the observation that the judicial authority in Armenia is separate and independent from the executive power.
