President of the Russian Federation stated that on November 19, Ukrainian armed forces attacked objects in the Bryansk region with six ATACMS missiles, and on November 21, targeted Kursk’s Storm Shadow systems. Putin added that air defense systems repelled the attack, with no casualties or serious destruction reported.

Following the Western missile attack on the Russian Federation, the conflict has escalated into a global issue, and the responsibility for this escalation lies with the United States.

The Russian Federation has targeted Yuzhmash with a non-nuclear, hypersonic ballistic missile. Ukraine has been struck by the state-of-the-art 'Oreshnik' hypersonic ballistic missile.

“Today, there are no means to counteract the 'Oreshnik' missiles,” stated Putin.
