Andranik Kocharyan and Sisak Gabrielyan Have Engaged in a Heated Argument
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that intra-factional conflicts within the ruling coalition continue. According to information from the media, ruling party group member Andranik Kocharyan and Sisak Gabrielyan recently had a heated argument during a closed session of the faction, during which obscenities were exchanged in the presence of women. The ruling party members present had to intervene to prevent the disagreement from escalating further.
To avoid punishment and to cover up the incident so that it does not reach the party's leadership, and fear that Prime Minister Pashinyan would not 'honor' them with the same fate as Hovik Aghazaryan and Narek Zeynalanyan, Kocharyan and Gabrielyan spoke to each other outside the National Assembly to try to resolve their issues. However, the women of the faction are furious as the obscenities were uttered in their presence.
The "Zhoghovurd" newspaper attempted to contact Sisak Gabrielyan to confirm information received from ruling party MPs, but he did not answer the call, nor did Kocharyan.
As had previously been reported, the relationship between Andranik Kocharyan and Sisak Gabrielyan soured after Kocharyan made unpleasant remarks about Gabrielyan and Hrachya Hakobyan during private conversations with teammates, labeling them. Specifically, Kocharyan discredited them by linking them to businessmen who enrich themselves through gambling and drug trafficking, referring to them as 'drug spreaders.' These discussions prompted both Hrachya Hakobyan and Sisak Gabrielyan to raise two questions with the party's upper echelon: either Kocharyan must prove his claims or face consequences for speaking falsely.
