Urgent: Putin Appeals to Russians

Putin has made an urgent appeal to the Russian people regarding the use of long-range weapons within Russia. He stated that Western long-range weapons, including ATACMS, Storm Shadow, and HIMARS, have been deployed against Russia. The President added that these strikes have not reached their targets, emphasizing that the use of such weaponry by opponents cannot change the course of the "special military operations."

“Russia will respond decisively and mirror the escalation. Russia reserves the right to use weapons against the facilities of countries that allow their weapons to be used against Russian objects,” declared the President of the Russian Federation.
