Who Will Replace the Ministers of Internal Affairs and the State Revenue Committee?

Essentially, Arpine Sargsyan's dream is about to come true. Despite regularly denying that she had her eyes set on Vahé Ghazaryan's position, it was evident that she was vying for the ministerial role.
