A Person in a Wheelchair Can Earn Quite Well, Says Pashinyan

In the modern world, even a person in a wheelchair can work and earn quite well. We must help people with disabilities acquire job skills, said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting.

“It is an axiom that poverty can be overcome through work. There is no option to overcome poverty without working,” the Prime Minister added.
