Zelensky Confirms Ukraine Received Authorization

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed during a joint press conference with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen that Ukraine has received authorization from the West to carry out long-range strikes deep within Russian territory. He also announced intentions to utilize ATACMS ballistic missiles.

“Now that there are corresponding decisions, not only in the media but also from the respective countries, it is crucial to supplement those decisions with the capabilities we have to diminish the military potential of the Russian Federation, wherever it may be,” Zelensky stated.
