Arsen Torosyan, a member of the ruling 'Civil Contract' party, has shared photos on his Facebook page and wrote: '42.2 km in 4 hours, 32 minutes, and 48 seconds. Although I could have been a bit faster if it weren't for my foot injury: The first marathon was a success.'
