Aliyev Complains About Armenia

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, stated during a meeting with a delegation led by U.S. Congress Representative August Pfluger's that Armenia is allegedly pursuing a "militarization and arms race policy," which poses a threat to regional peace and security.

He reiterated that it is crucial to "put an end to territorial claims against Azerbaijan in the Constitution of Armenia" in order to sign a peace agreement.
