VIDEO. “We have made proposals to Baku,” says Khandanyan

“We have made proposals to Baku regarding the unblocking issue, and we are waiting for a response,” stated the Chairman of the National Assembly’s Foreign Relations Committee, Sargis Khandanyan, during a press briefing with journalists.

“I cannot provide details, but generally speaking, the spirit of the proposals stems from the ‘Peace Intersection’ project and the ideas that the Armenian government has presented in recent years. The basis of the proposals rests on two principles: sovereignty and legality,” Khandanyan noted, adding that there has been no written response from Baku yet.
