Video: Sanosyan on the Incident Involving the Former Head of the NSS and Avinyan's Father-in-law
No major incident occurred, nor was there any brawl. It wasn't even during working hours, which means that some conversation took place before entering the building. This was stated today, November 15, by Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan, addressing the rumors about a dispute yesterday in the territory of "Yerevan TEC" between former NSS head Sarkis Hovhannisyan and Tigran Avinyan's father-in-law Arthur Pahlavuni.
Notably, Sarkis Hovhannisyan is the newly appointed deputy director of "Yerevan TEC," while Arthur Pahlavuni is the head of security. Sanosyan added, "An incident did occur, for which I am very sorry, but I also find it incomprehensible because colleagues should try to exhibit behavior in the workplace or outside of it so that such incidents do not take place. I have also seen the videos, and there was a conversation around a certain issue, which does not concern the TEC, and there was some pushing, that's all."
