This is a report about state treason, says Civil Contract MP

I appeal to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office to submit a request for criminal proceedings based on the report of a crime because Ms. Anna Grigoryan just made a statement about a crime publicly. This was stated by Armen Khachatryan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, during his speech in the National Assembly, referring to the statement made by a member of the 'Armenia' faction.

'The statement about the crime is as follows: 'The governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to hand over the lands in the Tegh village area to the Azerbaijani authorities and retreat so that these territories remain under the sovereignty of Azerbaijan.' This is a report about state treason—a particularly serious crime—and I expect that the Prosecutor General's Office will initiate proceedings on this fact within the established timeframe and procedure.
