Dispute Between Neighbors Ends in Stabbing
Marrashi police have uncovered a case of bodily harm. On November 12, at 19:30, the operational management center of the police received a call from the First University Hospital, reporting that a 53-year-old man from Chaylakhyan Street had sought medical assistance for injuries sustained from falling from a tree.
An operational group from the Marrashi community police department was dispatched. It was revealed that the man had argued with his 66-year-old neighbor in the yard of the building. The dispute escalated into a brawl, during which the neighbor, armed with a sharp object, struck him once.
One hour after the emergency call, the 66-year-old was found in his apartment and was arrested on reasonable suspicion of causing bodily harm. The relevant documents have been transferred to the investigative department. Investigations are ongoing.
