Brutal Killing of Dogs Reported in Artik, Claims Assistant to Parliament Speaker

Yesterday in Artik, a brutal killing of dogs was carried out with the permission of some individuals. In broad daylight, defenseless animals were shot right in front of onlookers. There are videos and eyewitnesses available.

This was announced by Movses Harutyunyan, assistant to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, on his Facebook page: "I hope our law enforcement agencies will give an appropriate legal assessment, punishing the one who shot the innocent animals and those who encouraged him to take such an action," he wrote.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs told Auroranews that no report of the incident has been made so far.
