«We regret that Armenia has not yet responded»: Aliyev's assistant
The advisor to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, has commented on Armenia's lack of response regarding participation in COP29.
“We regret that the Armenian delegation has not yet responded to the invitation to participate in COP29,” he said, adding, “Azerbaijan, as a member of the convention, has sent invitations to all parties.”
