That's Russia's Right: Sukiasyan
There is no division in the Civil Contract party; the party has a strong leader and a team of young members. There may be various issues, for example, regarding problems with Andranik Kocharyan, but I have not worked with him and am not aware of the issues at hand. This was noted by Khachatur Sukiasyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction, during an interview with 24News.
Speaking about the petition against former Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan and his decision not to sign it, the deputy stated that the petition was not aimed at ousting him. If Grigor Minasyan had not resigned, perhaps the matter would have been discussed and resolved.
Commenting on media reports about the ban on his entry into Russia, Sukiasyan clarified that he has not traveled to Russia recently and questioned the source of such information. 'I am a citizen of Armenia and respect any decision made by the authorities of Russia. I have not tried to go recently, but it is the right of any country to make decisions,' he concluded.
