Bayramov on Peace Agreement with Armenia

The main points of the draft peace agreement with Armenia have been agreed upon, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters. “I do not want to disclose figures right now, but there are still important points that need to be agreed upon,” Bayramov emphasized.

According to him, the signing of the final agreement depends on Armenia; the Azerbaijani side is the initiator of this process and is interested in bringing it to completion.
