Moscow welcomes the efforts of various countries to promote fair agreements that would eliminate the root causes of the Ukrainian crisis. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a meeting with journalists following his working visit to Kazakhstan.

“We welcome the efforts of the states of the Global South and Global East that can allow us to eliminate the real causes of the Ukrainian crisis and ensure peace. And we discussed this today,” Lavrov said.
